City of Corning, in partnership with the Paskenta
Band of Nomlaki Indians, is developing a Recreational
and Youth Enrichment Program in Corning. The purpose
of this survey is to understand what our residents and
community members would like to see in such a program.
City of Corning, California (pop 7663), was incorporated
in 1907 and provides a full range of municipal services
including Police, Fire, Parks and Recreation, Library,
Public Works and Municipal Airport. Located just 25
miles northwest of Chico and 17 miles south of Red Bluff,
Corning is perhaps best known for its award-winning
