Revised First HCD Submittal Draft:  On October 30, 2024, the City of Corning received informal comments on its draft 2024-2029 Housing Element from the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD). In response to this feedback, the City has revised the draft.

First HCD Submittal Draft: The City of Corning submitted a draft of its 2024-2029 Housing Element to the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) for its initial 90-day review on August 12, 2024. Click here to review.
