CONSENT AGENDA: It is recommended that items listed on the Consent Agenda be acted on simultaneously unless a Councilmember or members of the audience request separate discussion and/or action.

• Waive reading, except by title, of any Ordinance under consideration at this meeting for either introduction or passage, per Government Code Section 36934.
•  Waive the reading and approve the minutes of the August 13, 2024, City Council Closed Session & Regular Meetings with any necessary corrections.
•  August 21, 2024 Claim Warrant in the amount of $212,633.17.
• August 21, 2024 Business License Report.

ITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT AGENDA:

PUBLIC HEARINGS AND MEETINGS:

• Review 2024 CDBG funding opportunities and direct staff to being engineering and prepare for the 2024 CDBG application.

REGULAR AGENDA:

• Ordinance No. 710, to amend section 2.04.010 to change the City Council regular meeting time to 5:30pm
•  Authorize the City to opt into the pre-negotiated contract and approve the purchase of one (1) new type 1 fire engine
•  Approve proposed Police Officer lateral stipend conditions and agreement
