  1. Waive reading, except by title, of any Ordinance under consideration at this meeting for either introduction or passage, per Government Code Section 36934.
  2. Waive the reading and approve the Minutes of the October 22, 2024, City Council Closed Session & regular meeting with any necessary corrections.

  1.  Adopt Resolution No. 11-12-2024-05 approving no parking on the north side of Blackburn Avenue
  2. Adopt Resolution No. 11-12-2024-06 accepting the 2024/2025 California Citizens’ Options for Public Safety (COPS) grant
  3. Adopt Resolution No. 11-12-2024-07 accepting a portion of the California Citizens’ Options for Public Safety (COPS) grant overage
  4. Authorize the Police Department to declare one 2014 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor as a surplus and send to Bid-Cal Auction
  5. Approve the agreement with Synergy Builders for the City of Corning Library Remodel project in the amount of $199,553.41
