1. Proclamation: October 20-26^th, 2024 Western Open Fiddle Days. Present to accept the Proclamation will be Kathy and members of the Western Open Fiddlers.

CONSENT AGENDA: It is recommended that items listed on the Consent Agenda be acted on simultaneously unless a Councilmember or members of the audience request separate discussion and/or action.

1. Waive reading, except by title, of any Ordinance under consideration at this meeting for either introduction or passage, per Government Code Section 36934.
2. Waive the reading and approve the Minutes of the October 8, 2024, City Council Closed Session & regular meeting with any necessary corrections.

5. Approve waiver of special event permit fee for the Veteran’s Day Parade event on November 9, 2024
6. Approve waiver of special event permit fee for the Trunk or Treat event on October 26, 2024

8. Approve waiver of special event permit fee for the Hometown Christmas Parade event to be held December 7, 2024.

3. Award purchase of one new articulating boom lift to Cresco Equipment Rentals in the amount of $134,369.21
4. Consideration of renaming Yost Park
5. Informational presentation and provide direction on as related to cannabis retail within the city
6. Authorize filling the Police Detective Position with an in-house candidate and filling the officer’s vacancy
7. Approve budget adjustment in the net general fund amount of $54,462
