Online Payments

The finance department offers online payments for:

• Utility Bill
• Business License Application Fee/Renewal Fee
• Parking Citations

You must have your account balance and account number to pay on your account. If you do not have this information please call or email our office and we can provide it to you.

You must include your parking ticket number found on the top right corner of your parking citation. If you have lost your ticket or don't know how much you need to pay for your violation please contact the Police Department to obtain this information. (530) 824-7000
